Terms of Service

The Service

Nashir is a deployment platform: you connect a GitHub repository, Nashir detects your project, builds the frontend, backend and managed databases, and runs them in the region you choose — or on your own servers connected to the platform.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current, and you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for everything that happens through your account.

Connecting GitHub grants Nashir only the access you approve, used solely to read, build and deploy your project.

Plans and limits

The Service is offered under the plans and limits published on the pricing page. The Free plan stops at its limits and is never billed for overages; paid plans are billed for overages at the rates published on that same page.

Your content and responsibility

Your code, data and applications remain yours. You grant Nashir a limited operational licence to build, store and run them as needed to provide the Service.

You are responsible for the legality of what you deploy, for holding the licences your project requires, and for your applications' compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy.

Your own servers (BYOS)

When you connect your own server, the machine — its operating system, security, updates, backups and connectivity — remains your responsibility. Nashir's role is limited to preparing the runtime and deploying and managing applications on it with the access you grant.

Payment and billing

Billing is monthly in Saudi Riyal according to your plan, with overages billed on actual usage. Prices may change with prior notice before your next billing cycle.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time; the Service continues until the end of the paid period. Details are in the Cancellation & Refunds policy.

Availability

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available; outages and maintenance windows can occur. No specific availability level is guaranteed unless agreed in writing under the Business plan.

Intellectual property

The platform, its software and its marks belong to Nashir. Your applications and content remain yours.

Suspension and termination

Nashir may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law, with prior notice where feasible. On account closure, the Data statement governs deletion and export of your data.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is, without express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Nashir is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability does not exceed what you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
